Check out this video....doesn't look like fun? Well, an unidentified woman is suing Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. for 2 MILLION DOLLARS because she says this ride caused a severe injury to her spine.

According to TMZ, the woman, her husband, and two daughters, were at Dollywood last summer, when the mom claims she was hurt while riding the RiverRush Water Coaster. The woman says that her family followed the instructions from the ride's operators, but that she was injured nonetheless.

According to the suit, the woman maintains that she suffered the injury as the ride reached the top of an incline. She says that she was then propelled off her seat and back onto the ride's hard surface, causing the injury to her spine. The woman says as soon as she hit the surface, she heard a pop, felt a burning sensation, and couldn't move or feels her legs at all.

The family believes that Dollywood didn't properly warn park goers of the dangers of the ride. Therefore, they are suing the park for more than 2 MILLION DOLLARS for negligence that caused the woman's injury.

Personally, I find it a bit unbelievable that thousands of people get on this ride every year without a problem. Yet, she manages to suffer an injury, and may be in line for a 2 MILLION DOLLAR payday.

I'll be watching this case closely, because if she wins, I'm heading to Alabama Splash Adventure In Bessemer to see if I can injure myself on one of their rides for 2 MILLION DOLLARS!
