These Bessemer, Alabama 2nd Grade Students Got The Surprise Of a Lifetime

Recently, a class of 2nd graders in Bessemer, Alabama went viral for imitating a college greek letter organization. I stayed in contact with the teacher of the class and I got to surprise the students.

After staying in contact with the teacher, I let her know I wanted to come and visit her class. I also let her know I wanted to do something extra special for her students. Since they were imitating members of Alpha Kappa Alpha, why not bring some real members to see the girls?!

The day came for me to surprise the kids but little did I know, they had a huge surprise for me. THE WHOLE SCHOOL was waiting at the front for me to walk in with welcome signs and the loudest cheers I'd ever heard from a school. They were so excited!

I walked in and greeted the students and brought in my big surprise and they went insane! It was amazing. Check out some of the footage below.

The beautiful thing about a job like this is creating moments just like this for the youth. I remember being a kid in 2nd grade and loving when people would come and pour time into us. It really made you feel like you mattered and you could accomplish great things.
