5-Month-Old Drowns While Father Plays Video Games

This is an absolutely tragic story.

In Tarrant, Alabama, police were called to the home of Cordarius Cotton. Cotton's child was not responding, and had to be immediately rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, the young child passed away. A police investigation followed.

According to ABC News, during the investigation, police interviewed Cordarius. He told officers that he turned the tub on, placed his child in the tub, and left the room. He proceeded to go play video games and then returned an hour later to find his child not breathing.

Following the questioning, Cotton was arrested and has been charged with reckless manslaughter.
