Alabama Department of Public Health Prohibits Dining In at all Restaurants in Tuscaloosa County
Alabama Governor Kay Ivey has ordered the Alabama Department of Heath to take additional measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Following an outbreak of the novel Coronavirus in Jefferson County, the ADPH has updated its guidelines for surrounding counties including Tuscaloosa, Walker, Shelby, St. Clair, and Blount.
Restaurants and bars are now prohibited from offering on-premise consumption of food or drink for one week. The ADPH also recommends against gatherings of 25 people or more of where a six foot distance cannot be maintained.
