An Alabama woman is suing McDonalds (also in Alabama) for doing what MANY of us have become used to every single day.

Sherry Head, has a pretty good head on her shoulders.

I know some folks that would have just taken this without standing up for what is right!

Your humble reporter, me, myself and I, has lived in Dothan and has been to the restaurant in question multiple times.

This McDonalds was less than a half-mile from my workplace, so it was the quick option for coffee or a bite.

This is one of the rudest and most incompetent Mickey D's I have ever been inside.

They are VERY rude and often exhibit racist behavior, in my opinion, treating anyone from a different race like they are a MAJOR bother for coming in the store.

When I heard the story of Sherry Head being served harsh chemicals instead of coffee, I was not surprised. I never had a cup of chemicals, but I never got what I ordered at that fast food place.

When you tried to speak with a manager, the rudeness and extreme apathy, just continued.

When Sherry Head was coughing and in extreme pain, did anyone on staff at this McDonalds run out to assist her?

NO. They slammed the drive thru window shut right in her face.

I can picture it because I had so many bad experiences at this location.

EVEN EMERGENCY WORKERS DEALT WITH A RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP GROUP OF EMPLOYEES!

This lady is scarred and injured FOR LIFE.

What if it was your mother, daughter or wife?

I will never understand how Chick-Fil-A is able to get it right, all the time.
