They discovered a man there with multiple stab wounds and bruising and cuts on his head.

Investigators say 36-year-old Bradley Miller, who is the victim's brotheroth, approached him on the front porch of the residence and started a fight.

Miller allegedly struck the victim in the leg with a cinderblock, stabbed him multiple times with an edged weapon and "continued to assault the victim with his hands" before fleeing the scene.

Miller was arrested Friday and charged with attempted murder, third-degree domestic violence and resisting arrest.

He was booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where he remained on a combined $61,000 bond Monday afternoon.

The multi-agency Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the case, and its commander Jack Kennedy confirmed the details of the case Monday afternoon.
