Talk an embarrassing blunder in a professional setting!

At the US Embassy in Australia, it was a normal day of operations. Until someone sent out a rather particular email. The email claimed that there was a "cat-pyjama jam." One issue, nobody knew this was happening. And more importantly, who sent out the email? As it turns out, the reasoning is something actually more believable than you would've thought.

According to Newshub, in an effort to test something, mainly their ability to send newsletters through the email, a joke email slipped through. After finding out the cause, a followup email was sent, apologizing the mistake email. Funniest part of the whole ordeal is that there is actually a Instagram featuring the cat!

Kinda sad this didn't happen, because it could have actually lead dog pyjama party!
