I think it is very important to have discussions on mental health and expectations of the workplace transitions not only for yourself but for your family, friends, and co-workers.  We have to be able to support one another.  on how According to the Tuscaloosa Chamber, “employees re-joining the workplace following the height of the COVID pandemic may experience increased stressed amid a great many concerns that are new to the workplace.”  So be sure to get the information you need.
