Patrick Murphy Provides Injury Update on Fouts

Alabama softball coach Patrick Murphy joined Tide 100.9's Gary Harris on the Gary Harris Show Wednesday at 10 a.m. to discuss the happenings of the SEC Softball Tournament and preview the regional round of the NCAA Tournament in Tuscaloosa this weekend.

During his segment, Murphy confirmed for Team 27 fans that prolific pitcher Montana Fouts suffered a hyperextension in her leg late in the quarterfinal game against Arkansas. He currently considers her status to be day-to-day and it is more than possible that she may pitch in the upcoming regional round just days away.
