Some would say that Jackson is the number one Elvis fan because of the passion felt in his performance as the King of Rock n' Roll.

As a die-hard Elvis fan, Jackson has been a connoisseur of the iconic performers' music and culture from a very young age.

“I got into this I guess kind of accidentally. I just realized when I was young, I could kind of sing like Elvis. And I had a kind of baritone voice when I was really young, and it morphed into the Elvis thing,” said Jackson.

According to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, “Elvis Presley is, quite simply, the King of Rock & Roll.” Presley was known for “modernizing traditional genres such as blues, country, and bluegrass for contemporary (and more youthful) audiences.”

“An Elvis Christmas” will be held on Friday, December 9 at the Druid City Music Hall located at 1307 University Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Click here for more ticket information and to buy tickets.

Jackson said that he is truly excited to perform for the first time in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He calls his performance a 70s-style Elvis show along with Christmas music and that he keeps it as “close to the real thing as possible with no added moves and vocal exaggerations.” He is very proud to keep his entertainment “strictly Elvis,” said Jackson.
