Hurricane Michael caused catastrophic damage on the Florida Gulf Coast last week, and thousands of families lost in the chaos need your help.  In Tuscaloosa, we know what it feels like to be impacted by a disaster--and we also know how much every bit of help means when you're picking up the rubble. That's why we're raising money for Samaritan's Purse, a great charity that's already on the ground in places like Panama City and Mexico Beach providing residents with much needed relief.

How can you help? Donate what you can, whether it's $1, $20, or $100. Every cent we donate will be given to Samaritan's Purse. Bring your donation to one of our 'Panhandling for the Panhandle' events; the times are listed below.

Thursday, October 18, 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

  • 95.3 The Bear will be on-site at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater before the Chris Stapleton show
