Theodore Williams, 60, has been arrested and taken into custody, after being accused of breaking into a University of Alabama student’s apartment. And it was all caught on camera.

The student, who was victimized by the crime, told police last Friday, that she had security footage of Williams in her apartment going through her belongings. She reported a $2,000 watch had been stolen after arriving home from classes.

According to sources, Williams, (who works as a maintenance man at the Campus Evolution Village Apartments off of Greensboro Avenue), had a master key which gave him access to all the apartments. The video clearly shows Williams in her apartment and looking through her items on the desk. The student told authorities that Williams had no business being there, because she had no maintenance scheduled for that day.

That video was shared by a friend of the victim's on a popular University of Alabama student Facebook group, where it has received many views.

Williams was charged with third-degree burglary and later released from the Tuscaloosa County Jail on $15,000 bond.
