Meet Your New Workout Partner Kori-He's Ready To Come Home

We're almost done with the first full month of the new year! Wow, already?! How are you doing on those resolutions?

Many people have resolutions for the new year connected to health. After a crazy year in 2020, we're now left to deal with everything the pandemic and quarantine brought us. Stress, uncomfortably, & binge-watching shows on the couch with our favorite snacks. Now we're in 2021, and those extra pounds have added up.

If one of your resolutions is to get back on track with your health, then working out is probably part of your new routine. We got your perfect workout partner! Every week, we team up with the Humane Society of West Alabama to bring you a pet that's looking for a home. This week's HSWA Pet of the Week is Kori.

Press Release

Kori is a 2-year old male Pit Bull/boxer mix with a gorgeous brindle and white coat. This fun-loving, energetic dog was found as a stray, but was never claimed. He would make a fantastic running or walking partner because he enjoys exercise. This social pup is very friendly with everyone he meets and does well with the other dogs at our shelter. If you are looking to add some extra cheer into your home, Kori is definitely the life of any "paw"ty.

Kori is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Kori's adoption fee is $75. Please call us at 205-554-0011 or email humaneswa@yahoo.com to set up an appointment to meet him.
