Minnesota Attorney General Upgrades Charges

The information we have been waiting on in regards to the George Floyd case.  According to CNN, All four ex-officers face charges in Floyd Case.”  As you know, the death of George Floyd took place while he was in police custody on May 25, 2020.  During the arrest, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, former police officer Derek Chauvin, place his knee on George Floyd’s neck while George Floyd was face down and handcuffed.  Initially, Derek Chauvin was charged with third-degree murder.  Now According to CNN, “Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is increasing charges against former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin to second-degree murder in George Floyd's killing and also charging the other three officers involved in the incident.”
