If you're a fan of Taco Bell Salsa Con Queso Mild Cheese Dip, you might want to think twice about sticking a tortilla chip in the jar you have in front of you. Because the company that makes that particular dip, has announced a voluntarily recall on it due to fears of botulism.

Kraft Heinz, (the folks that actually make the dip), said in press statement,  "We deeply regret this situation and apologize to any consumers we have disappointed. Consumers who purchased this product should not eat it and return it to the store where purchased for an exchange or full refund.”

According to authorities, around 7,000 cases of the dip have been recollected thus far. Retailers are also urging consumers to return the dip, if they have any in their possession.

Health experts say that Botulism is a bacteria that can cause life-threatening illness or death. Botulism symptoms include: dizziness, double vision, trouble with speaking and swallowing, difficulty breathing, muscle weakness, abdominal distension, and constipation. If you have had any of the dip and you're experiencing any of those symptoms, you are advised to consult with a physician immediately.
