As mentioned in his post, Robinson states the facility will offer speed and agility training as well as hitting, pitching, and infield training for both baseball and softball members.  Robinson goes on to say that he was inspired by all the coaches and training staff he had over the years and was drawn to open the same opportunities for the next generation of athletes.

Robinson joined Tide baseball his junior year after spending the two previous years playing at Wallace State Community College. During his time there, he earned the 2018 NJCAA Gold Glove and played 49 games his sophomore year with a .362 average. Wallace State also went on to finish as runner-up in the Alabama Community College Conference.

During his junior year at Alabama in 2019, Robinson started in 55 games at shortstop. He finished batting .280 with 22 RBI, 22 runs and 22 walks. Robinson tied second on the team with seven stolen bases. Unfortunately, his senior year was cut short due to Covid-19. However, Robinson played in all 16 games including 14 starts.

As previously mentioned, it was Robinson’s dream to give back to others due to the success he was able to have from great mentors. Robinson hopes to encourage young athletes both on and off the field. There is no set opening date as of yet.
