UPDATE: Confirmed COVID-19 Cases In Alabama Has Risen To 1,841

(At the time of this posting 5:15 am on April 6, 2020) The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state of Alabama has risen to "1,841," according to Alabama’s COVID-19 Data and Surveillance Dashboard.  I hope that the spread of COVID-19 will be slowed down due to the statewide stay-at-home order issued by Alabama Governor Kay Ivey.  This was instituted on Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 5 pm and is currently scheduled to end on April 30, 2020.   Alabama’s COVID-19 Data and Surveillance Dashboard is reporting that "13,108 total tested induvial in Alabama with 45 reported deaths and 31 who died from illness." If you need test site information for your area, click here and then click on the tab that says "test sites" for an interactive map system.  Also, the report provides breaks down county by county information as well.
