If you're not headed to Columbia to watch the Tide roll over the Gamecocks this weekend, you've got a fun new option for checking out the game in Tuscaloosa.

The City of Tuscaloosa will host its first-ever "Live at the Plaza" viewing party for the Alabama v. South Carolina game this Saturday, September 14th, beginning at 1 p.m. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. and the party will last the length of the game.

Fans are invited to come out to Government Plaza to watch the game on a giant 16'x9' LED screen. There will be food trucks on site, and the city's Entertainment District will be in effect. You can bring a blanket and chairs to Government Plaza, but grills, tents, and personal alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
