Here’s Why You Can’t Fly a Drone in Tuscaloosa This Weekend
You can't fly a drone in Tuscaloosa this weekend--want to know why?
The Tuscaloosa Regional Air Show is going down at the Tuscaloosa Regional Airport this weekend, and that means flying a drone (or any unmanned aircraft) within a seven-mile radius of the airport is prohibited from Thursday, April 12, through Sunday, April 15, 2018.
Take a look at the map HERE to see the "No Drone Zone." I was surprised to see just how far it extends. Basically all of Northport, Tuscaloosa, and even Coker are included in the "No Drone Zone."
