Fun fact: Alabama softball made history when Fouts joined McCleney on the USA roster,  as Patrick Murphy's program then became just one of four schools with at least two current or former players represented on Team USA's roster.

McCleney has been with the team since 2014, and the speedy center fieldeer  won a silver medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Fouts has a brief history with the squad, after previously helping the American team to a gold medal at the 2023 World Games in Hoover, The Met.
