Here's the latest:

Junior cornerbacks Kool-Aid McKinstry and Terrion Arnold are both headed to the NFL draft. Both could be first rounders. Defensive end Justin Eboigbe is also leaving for the pros. But there is good news:

The return is Moore is BIG news for the UA secondary, whether he settles in a nickel or safety.

Lawson is the quarterback of Kevin Steele's defense. Also huge news.

Eboigbe leaving hurts but there are strong rumors Tim Smith may return on the DL. Also, Eboigbe's exit may keep freshman DL James Smith out of the portal.

Williams' return makes for a crowded and talented RB room that also includes Justice Haynes, Jam Miller, Richard Young, signee Kevin Riley and rumored Saturday commitment Daniel Hill, but Hill may opt for Mississippi State. Word is he signed SOMEWHERE last month, but some say its Bama and others say the Meridian back is bound for Stark-Vegas. It's not known at posting time if Jase McClellan plans to use his COVID year.
