Tuscaloosa County Man Dies After ATV Crash Near Brookwood Saturday Night
A 27-year-old man has died after a Saturday night all-terrain vehicle accident in Tuscaloosa County, State Troopers said Sunday morning.
Sergeant Jeremy J. Burkett, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in West Alabama, said 27-year-old Michael A. Hyche was driving a 2016 Honda Foreman ATV on Creekside Road near Brookwood late Saturday night.

Hyche reportedly left the roadway shortly after 10:45 p.m. Saturday and was critically injured when the ATV struck a tree.
Burkett said Hyche was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa for treatment but succumbed to his injuries and died.
No other details were available Sunday morning, and Burkett said Troopers continue to investigate the deadly accident.
