Simpson said the suspect, Thomas Katrell Conner, is believed to have been selling child pornography.
Conner was charged with the dissemination of obscene material depicting persons under the age of 17 engaged in obscene acts. He was arrested Wednesday and booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where his bond is set at $30,000.
