Man Arrested For Dumping 70 Gallons Of Human Waste Into The Street

According to Charlotte County Florida Deputies, a local man was arrested after he allegedly dumped 70 gallons of human waste into a roadway!

The stinky suspect, Kevin Smiley, was arrested and charged with two counts of Littering Over 500 Pounds Commercial or Hazardous Waste.

Police reports reveal that Charlotte County Deputies responded to a call about a large amount of human waste in the middle of the road. Witnesses reported seeing a truck on the street just prior to the spillage.

After following up on tips from the witnesses, (and quite possibly the stench of doo-doo radiating from the back of the truck), Detectives were able to track down the registered owner of the suspect truck, later identified as Mr. Smiley, (and I bet he ain't smiling now) :-)
