Severe Thunderstorms Possible Today and Tomorrow
Heavy winds and hail are in the forecast for West Alabama between now and Thursday evening. The National Weather Service in Birmingham has placed most of the state under a Marginal Risk for storms both today and tomorrow.
Storms today will be possible between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. in West Alabama. The primary threat for today's storms will be damaging winds of up to 60 miles an hour.
Storms are possible again tomorrow. Damaging winds of up to 60 miles an hour will be possible once again as well as the threat of quarter size hail.
