A family in Mexico is being commended for their patience and resilience after they waited out a bear that helped itself to their food.

The hottest bear of the summer just dropped.

They have great stores across Alabama and Florida, as well as other states. I guess even gators want a chance to browse in a local Publix store. In this case, however, police had to be called to remove the alligator from the Publix lot.

In the next few days, I plan to do more stories about the utterly horror-movie like things some Alabamians report seeing of late. Some, even stranger than this creature caught on camera. Things caught on a camera. A trail cam to be precise.

In the state of Florida, iguanas are a common sight in many residential areas and are often found basking in the sun on trees, fences, and walls. However, during the winter months, when temperatures in Florida can drop below freezing, iguanas can become a frozen and fall from their perches.

I didn't need another reason to detest snakes. My friend travels the state of Alabama for his job, and documents all of the crazy encounters he's had with the beasts that slither below us He's seen them in gas pumps, toilets (those photos coming soon) and in a rental car.

With all the preparation we do, there's still one thing we're most likely not getting ready for because frankly, I don't know how we could.

It crossed my mind as well, but, it's a fact. These dang hogs are out of control in Alabama in the last couple of years. A family in Alabama came outside only to find a hog going for a swim in their pool. As I mentioned, we have a problem with feral hogs in Alabama, but this looks much bigger to me.
