Wind Advisory in Effect Until 7 PM Tonight

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Wind Advisory through 7 p.m. tonight.

Sustained winds of 10 to 20 miles an hour are possible, and winds could gust at up to 35 miles an hour. The full text of the advisory is below:

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...East to southeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to
  35 mph.

* WHERE...Marion, Lamar, Fayette, Pickens, Tuscaloosa, Greene,
  Hale, Perry, Bibb and Dallas Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
