A Woman in Cleveland lost how much money to an app???

Phone games can be a good distraction from the normal responsibilities of life. You even might've been caught playing them at work (like me!) However, these games can also be used to take advantage of people.

One incident such as that happened in Ohio. According to Cleveland.com, A woman sent a total of 184,000 dollars to someone she met on "Words with Friends." The male individual she met claimed to be from China. The man would ask from money sometimes, and she trusted him enough to send the money. She eventually realized that she was being taken advantage of, and reported this to the police.

I have to ask, why did she trust this person, and why did she send him over 184,000 dollars?!?!? The internet can be a dangerous place sometimes, especially if you don't know who you are actually talking to!
