Your Power Bill Is Getting A Break
Just in time for summer, we're getting a break on our power bill. Alabama Power says because of a federal income tax cut approved by Congress last year, we should see about a 9% savings on our bill.
According to AL.com, the reductions start in July and continue through the end of the year. Alabama Power committed to no increases in its base rates through 2020 and to credit customers $50 million next year.
