Are You Too Tense? Maybe It’s Time For A Snake Massage
If you find that you're too stressed at work and feel the need to relax a bit, maybe it's time for a Snake Massage.
According to a Poughkeepsie, New York woman, who professes to be a "Snake Priestess" by the name of Serpentessa, the writhing motion and weight of a snake slithering all over the body, is supposed to be quite therapeutic, by relieving stress and increasing blood flow to tight muscles.
And this is nothing new. Apparently, Snake Massages have been going on for years in Russia & Thailand.
As Serpententesa told CBS 3 in Philadelphia, PA, “They tone and stimulate the vagus nerve in our body that releases endorphins and oxytocin — the feel good hormones.” She also believes that a Snake Massage can help in all kinds of physical ailments from migraines to fibromyalgia.
Would I book a session? Hell To The No!
